Co-Brokerage Policy
Med Net Lease ("MNL") strives for positive, long-term relationships with outside brokers. We view outside brokers as allies in ensuring our clients' properties receive the widest exposure possible.
Cooperative Commissions:We offer a portion of our listing commission to outside brokers who produce a buyer that successfully closes a transaction with us. Since every deal is different, please inquire about the amount of the cooperative commission we are offering before submitting any offers.
Non-Solicitation:We respect your client relationships. Once you make an offer on one of our listings, whether by 'Letter of Intent' or 'Purchase Agreement,' we will not solicit the client named in your offer for future business.
Privacy & Confidentiality:Any information you provide to MNL in, or along with, any of the following transactional documents will not be disclosed to third-parties unrelated to the transaction; letters of intent, purchase agreements, or proof of funds. The only exception to this policy is that we may provide any information in these transactional documents to the relevent parties to the transaction including; our client, our co-brokers, our client's counsel, and/or any ancillary parties to the transaction (lenders, appraisers, inspectors, etc.).
